THERAPY
Therapy is an investment in your health. It is more affordable than common belief. Our goal is to help you make the most of your therapy experience.
INSURANCE
Many insurance providers cover therapy fees either completely or partially. Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) are tax deductible as a medical expense. Contact your insurance provider directly to determine your coverage.
We are an approved provider with the Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB), for Indigenous and Inuit clients who have therapy services covered through NIHB. Please let your therapist know at the time of booking, so we can arrange direct billing.
PAYMENTS & RECEIPTS
We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and direct billing from most insurance companies. Your receipt will clearly indicate the name of the therapist, along with their professional designation and license number, as required by insurance companies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you can’t make your session, we require 24 hours notice.
