Separation & Divorce Therapy
The end of relationships can bring a range of emotions including grief, anger, sadness, uncertainty fear, and overwhelm. Whether separation was your decision or not, navigating this life transition can be isolating.
Separation and Divorce Therapy provides support to help you process your experiences, explore difficult emotions, strengthen coping strategies, and rebuild confidence.
Together we work through the personal, emotional, and practical challenges that often accompany separation, helping you gain clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.
Cost: $200 per session.
Many extended insurance plans cover the cost of working with a RSW. Services provided by a RSW are tax deductible as a medical expense. Check with your insurance company.
Separation, Divorce & Co-Parenting Counselling
Separation and divorce is one of the most emotionally overwhelming and stressful transitions. It can bring stress, grief, anger, uncertainty, and questions of what happens next. Not every separation needs to become a battle.
This structured 6-session counselling program supports separating or divorced partners who wish to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create a healthier path forward, particularly where children are invovled.
Through guided discussions, evidence-informed strategies, and a comprehensive workbook, you’ll gain tools including:
- how to talk to your kids
- addressing parenting issues
- planning for the future
- communication with your co-parent
- dealing with guilt, anger, and shame
- adjust to changes and transitions, and working with new partners and step-families
Your structured counselling package includes 6 joint sessions, 2 individual sessions, and a comprehensive workbook.
Package: $1700
